Managerial surprise
After a week of doing nothing, being ill, and some more of the first, the week will start again tomorrow. And what am I looking forward to that…not
It will be weird, not having the responsibilities I have had for a year now. Also it is hard to work on a place where you know you are leaving and are taking distance from, emotionally.
The reasons behind me leaving are of no matter really, it’s just that I would have hoped for a better feeling about it. I have not chosen to leave on such short notice, I would like to have more time (and a successor) that would ensure the quality of the work I leave behind.
Officially there is “a plan”, of which nobody has been informed as of yet, that will ensure all that. Will see and wait for it tomorrow I guess, perhaps there is a managerial surprise ahead?
